- Working on concepts, researching and developing ideas
- Participate in the implementation of personnel development projects
- Supporting the organisation and implementation of workshops
- Participating in the digitalization of HR processes
- Support HR professionals in their daily work
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. business administration with a focus on HRM, psychology, educational science)
- Self-initiative, independence and teamwork
- Communicative and service-oriented
- In-depth user knowledge of MS-Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Active knowledge of a second official language
