Full description

• Participate in technical work and cross-cutting projects, mainly in German (e.g. consolidating data, writing reports, ensuring internal communication, preparing presentations, ensuring project office)
• Ensure organisational work and participate in the organisation, implementation and follow-up of internal meetings and events
• Ensure research orders and administrative work
• Support in the preparation and quality assurance of business and documents e.g. the departmental management or the Federal Council
• University degree (preferably Master’s degree) in Geography, Environmental, or Climate Sciences
• Strong communication skills, editorial skills, linguistic sensitivity, addressable writing
• Analytical and networked thinking, goal and result orientation, teamwork and service orientation
• Knowledge of the Swiss political system and its decision-making processes
• Very good active knowledge (B2) of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
