University Clinic for Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy

On the open psychotherapeutic station wing of the University Hospital for Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, you will find a versatile and dynamic working environment in which innovation is lived. You work with people in acute crisis situations with a focus on qualified withdrawal and double diagnoses and play a central role in everyday milieutherapy. At the same time, you actively shape the development of a training station, contribute your knowledge and accompany the next generation of care professionals. You can expect cooperation on an equal footing in an interdisciplinary team as well as an environment that promotes professional quality, further development and personal responsibility.

Your tasks

• You will take on the patient-centered care and care of people in an acute psychiatric crisis with a focus on qualified withdrawal and dual diagnoses
• You are responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of nursing, educational and therapeutic measures in the milieutherapeutic setting
• You lead milieutherapeutic activities and groups and actively participate in the daily work of the station
• You accompany learners and students in their day-to-day care and support them in their professional development at our training station
• You are involved in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• You participate in quality development and quality assurance projects and contribute your ideas

Your profile

• You have a teaching degree as a FAGE EFZ or have a diploma as a nurse HF / FH
• Ideally, you have experience working with mentally ill people and are interested in accompanying learners and students
• You convince through a high level of social and self-competence as well as a responsible working method
• You remain calm and capable of acting even in demanding and dynamic situations
• You appreciate the interdisciplinary cooperation and actively participate in the team
