Key requirements

- Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités d'analyse et de réflexion et savez transformer les idées en actions concrètes, de manière structurée et pragmatique.
- Vous conservez une vision d'ensemble, même face à une grande diversité de dossiers, et savez structurer rapidement les informations de manière claire et compréhensible.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire ou HES et avez suivi une formation continue en stratégie, en gestion de projet ou en management de l'innovation. Vous bénéficiez en outre d'une expérience de conduite axée sur le développement de l'organisation et l'atteinte des résultats.
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience en gestion de projets et de programmes, en conduite du changement, en développement stratégique et en numérisation. Vous savez mener les projets jusqu'à leur mise en œuvre avec un souci constant des résultats.
- Vous maîtrisez le français ou l'allemand au niveau C2 et possédez de bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue (niveau B2).
