Head of Manufacturing Pensum: 100% Place of work: Biel Type of employment: Permanent
Their tasks
- - Professional and personnel management of around 17 employees in soft and hard processing and
- Industrialization, including target agreement, development and recruitment.
- - Responsibility for capacity, deployment and precision planning in shift operations, coordinated with assembly, procurement and
- Assembly planning.
- - Ensuring a quality-impeccable, cost-efficient and timely parts production included
- Processing of Q notifications and implementation of improvement measures.
- - Continuous optimization of process chains, machine utilization and batch sizes as well as participation in
- Make-or-buy decisions.
- - Responsibility for work schedules, default times and production orders in SAP as well as ensuring maintenance,
- Occupational safety and relevant environmental aspects.
Your profile
- Mechanical basic training with further training at the level of HF or FH in manufacturing or production engineering.
- - Several years of leadership experience in mechanical manufacturing.
- - Very good practice in turning, milling and internal and external circular grinding
- Knowledge of Automation and CAM,
- Preferably Mastercam.
- Experience in AVOR and production planning as well as safe handling of SAP and MS Office.
- - Strong technical understanding as well as a solution- and implementation-oriented, assertive and
- communicative leader
- Negotiable German, French and/or English is advantageous.
