- They bring several years of experience in project management in building maintenance, ideally with experience in the field of public administration and in interdisciplinary cooperation.
- They have proven professional and personnel management experience and are characterized by a cooperative and targeted leadership understanding.
- They have a strong understanding of public procurement and are digitally affine.
