In order to strengthen our Personal Insurance Services Division, we are looking for a Head/Group Leader Training Personal Insurance & Quality .

- Support teams in the application of business instructions and ensure effective dissemination of regulatory and organisational developments
- Lead quality control and monitoring activities and support managers in the analysis of results and the definition of improvement measures
- Actively participate in continuous improvement of quality processes, services and standards

- Higher education or equivalent experience in insurance, training or management
- Experience confirmed in personal insurance, ideally in LAA benefits and/or loss of sickness earnings
- Bilingual French German; minimum level C1 in the non-mother tongue (mandatory)
- Successful experience in team leadership and ability to support change in a changing environment
