Full description

• Develop the target for integrated life cycle management of national roads and ensure its implementation
• Standardize and digitize processes for inspection, condition assessment, condition forecasting and action planning of roadways, artificial buildings, tunnels and paths
• Develop processes and implement tools that translate infrastructure and condition data into prioritized conservation and targeted investments
• Design uniform decision-making and business processes across organizations and connect central and decentralized organizational units in a coordinated control
• Prepare the basis for decision-making and represent the project to the management
• University degree in engineering, economics, computer science or a comparable discipline
• Several years of experience in the transformation, management or development of complex real estate, road or transport infrastructures
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure, real estate or asset management as well as life cycle management
• Demonstrate successful management of complex, cross-organisational programs, portfolios or change projects
• Strategic thinking combined with experience in process design, governance and data-based decision models
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and ability to communicate in English in a professional environment
