As a dedicated specialist, you actively shape the future of the Swiss Army’s cyber militia. You coordinate militia missions, develop cyber education and connect the professional and militia organizations – also beyond national borders.

You can make this contribution
- Ensure coordination, planning, implementation and control of militia operations in collaboration with the Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) teams and the militia organization
- Further develop the cyber training of the Swiss Army (cyber training course, repetition courses)
- Develop operational concepts of the cyber militia for the benefit of the Swiss army (analyse capabilities, define structures and ensure alimentation)
- Check training quality and identification of appropriate measures
- Initialize and establish international cooperation
- Ensure cooperation and communication between professional and militia organisations and act as a link between the agencies involved
This makes you unique
- Graduate degree in computer science/information security or engineering
- In-depth experience in a security organization (SOC, CSIRT, CERT)
- Strong assertive personality that drives and motivates other people
- Knowledge of military staff processes/organisations
- Ideally has experience as a staff officer/in the Swiss Army
- Good active knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of English
