• Collaboration in cross-sectoral topics Completed studies (Uni/FH) in business informatics, business administration or a technical discipline and many years of professional experience in one of the following areas: Security, Business Analysis or Architecture
• Proven many years of experience in agile leadership as well as the leadership of people, serving leadership actively live with the passion to empower others and realize their potential
• In-depth knowledge and proven experience in agile process models such as Scrum and SAFe as well as in HR and procurement processes
• Empathetic and service-oriented personality with a high level of initiative and the aspiration to actively shape the further development of the organization
• Good active knowledge of two official languages
