Key requirements

- Successfully completed university studies in civil engineering combined with proven expertise in railway construction and/or national road construction
- They have a strategic way of thinking and are able to quickly capture complex situations, make difficult decisions and identify business opportunities within and outside their own functional area
- Long-standing experience in project management in railway and/or road infrastructure projects, complemented by leadership
- Etablated network in the industry as well as an estimated personality among customers and partners
- Professional appearance and solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
- Management and communication skills for the dedicated management of a larger department
