- As Head: in Customer Care Corporate Customers Mass Market, you assume responsibility for a central service organization with around 60 employees.
- Together with your teams, you provide exciting customer experiences, develop processes and services and make a significant contribution to customer loyalty, business development and transformation in PostFinance’s corporate customer business.

- You will lead the mass market of Customer Care corporate customers with around 60 employees in four teams at various locations in German and French Switzerland and develop organization, processes and management structures in a targeted manner.
- You coach and empower the directly subordinate team leaders: inside and create the conditions for an efficient, customer-oriented and sustainable service organization
- You ensure high-quality support for our corporate customers and are responsible for compliance with service, quality and compliance requirements throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- You control the operating business based on relevant key figures, optimize resources and capacities across locations and tap into efficiency potential in processes and systems
- You strengthen sales and customer orientation in customer care, are responsible for achieving the defined business goals and promote the exploitation of customer potential
- You work closely with sales units and other internal stakeholders and actively contribute to the further development of the corporate customer business
