- Your responsibility includes ensuring a efficient, customer-oriented service provision as well as the continuous optimization of processes, organization and personnel planning
- You are responsible for the budget, controlling and the achievement of economic goals (including investment and personnel budgets)
- The management, support and development of employees (recruitment, target agreements, qualifications and development discussions) is one of your core tasks

- You have a degree as an intensive care NDS expert and have management training or further training at CAS or MAS level
- You have professional experience in the areas of special care and work operationally at the patient bedside
- With your experience as a manager in the relevant areas, you impress with a strong understanding of leadership and a special interest in an appreciative work and management environment Team culture
- You can also demonstrate basic business knowledge and have experience in dealing with financial and budget indicators.
