Role overview
- Personnel, financial and professional management of the group Application Services Data, Analytics and AI as well as participation in the management team of Computer Science.
- Ensuring the continuous development and the economical, secure and reliable operation of modern data, analytics and AI services.
- Responsibility for high-quality solutions in the areas of labour market statistics, impact measurement of the cantons and leadership support for cantonal offices and unemployment funds.
- Strategic development of the ALV-wide data, analytics and AI service architecture as a central "Single Source of Truth".
- Promote innovative data-driven approaches such as predictive analytics and artificial intelligence, and ensure use by law enforcement agencies, governance bodies and research.
- Recording, analysis and customer-oriented implementation of requirements from the specialist areas into holistic and needs-based solutions.

Company and context
- Several years of experience in data, analytics and AI environments as well as in complex organizations.
- Leadership experience and strong strategic and conceptual skills in the data, analytics and AI services and architecture environment.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills as well as communication and leadership skills as well as transformation and change projects towards Agile.
- Good active knowledge of two official languages in word and writing and passive knowledge of the third official language.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Customer- and service-oriented, communicative, result-oriented, resilient and pragmatic-practically-oriented personality as well as independent working methods and willingness to performFuture-oriented, innovative and motivated to design and implement sustainable improvements together with a committed team.
