- You manage a group of around 10 employees in the customer support individual life and, together with them, manage the daily operational business across all channels (telephone and e-mail)
- You provide excellent advice for our sales partners as well as our customers and continuously optimize the workflow
- You are responsible for the relevant KPIs (e.g. accessibility, service quality, efficiency) and you are developing your team along these goals
- You provide competent information and support your team with technical and process questions in the field of individual lives
- You actively contribute your experience of customer support to internal and cross-sectoral projects and initiatives What you're about to say
- Successfully completed commercial training as well as ideally continuing training in the field of insurance or business management; a VBV certification is advantageous
- Multi-annual experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the field of individual life and in telephone customer support
- Proven leadership experience with direct responsibility for employees – including leadership over KPIs and continuous team development
- Enjoy telephone contact, a strong service orientation, high quality awareness and decision-making ability, self-initiative and networked thinking
- Very good oral and written German skills, as well as good French and Italian skills; further language skills are advantageous Your contact
