Do you want to connect business and IT and help shape new business services? In this role, you contribute to the development of a future-oriented billing solution and ensure that business-critical business services function reliably and economically in the long term.

Your field of activity

• You are responsible for stable, economical and compliant IT business services for the current and future utility platform. You conduct rule-based business service reviews and are responsible for the economic operation.
• As a connecting element between business and operation, you accompany projects and are responsible for the orderly transfer of new or changed services into the company.
• You coordinate the further development of business services and bring business requirements together with technical possibilities
• Together with internal teams and external partners, you ensure that disruptions are processed in a timely manner and that sustainable solutions are implemented.
• For governance requirements and audits, you coordinate the stakeholders and accompany the resulting measures
• With regard to customer satisfaction, quality and profitability, you strategically manage budgets, costs, contracts and agreed services.

Your strengths

• You bring several years of experience in the management of business-critical IT business services and in cooperation with operations teams
• In IT service management you are familiar and have practical experience with ITIL as well as incident, problem and change management.
• Commit to bringing different stakeholders together and creating sustainable solutions between business, IT and external partners
• You work independently and well organized and keep an overview even in an environment where not everything is defined yet
• Experience with budgets, contracts, service providers or audits complements your profile
• Knowledge of the utility or energy environment is an advantage
• With empathy, convincing appearance and good knowledge of German, you support the cooperation and actively shape the development of the new services
