Full description

In this central role, you connect people, services and partners around our ERP landscape. You design the application service management, control the cooperation with SAP and provide orientation even when it becomes demanding.

Your field of activity

• You control application service management across multiple areas and ensure high service quality
• As a central interface, you orchestrate the operational partnership between SAP and BKW and bring together the relevant stakeholders
• You carry out service and performance reviews, request agreed services and ensure the obligations of BKW
• In the event of major disruptions, you take over the coordination of task forces and bring together different experts to find solutions
• You keep an eye on KPI and service quality and derive targeted improvements for the service organization from this
• Together with internal and external partners, you coordinate operational roadmaps and drive continuous improvement

You bring that with you

• Several years of experience in Application Service Management as well as in SAP Partner or Vendor Management form your professional basis
• You understand IT contexts and can classify and connect technical and business perspectives
• You bring different interests together even in demanding situations and represent agreed services clearly and objectively
• You handle contracts and service agreements safely and use them as the basis for effective partner management
• At different hierarchical levels you appear confident and communicate very well in German and English
• An independent and structured working method as well as peace and orientation in complex situations characterize you
