Full description

You will actively develop the billing & invoicing end-to-end for customer operations. You combine process knowledge with digitalization and automation and bring optimizations together with operations, IT, data and other specialist departments from analysis to implementation.

Your field of activity

• You analyze billing and invoicing processes end-to-end, detect media breaks, sources of error and manual steps and develop standardized, automatable target processes
• You translate technological developments into future process and system goals and accompany technology projects from a business perspective
• For automation, RPA and AI, you identify and evaluate use cases according to benefits, feasibility, risk and customer impact and accompany piloting and implementation.
• Improvement and transformation projects are orchestrated together with Operations, IT/Digital, Data & Analytics, Process Management and other specialist departments
• You anchor new processes and systems in everyday work by involving employees, accompanying workshops and piloting and building up key users and multipliers.
• You establish a continuous optimization process and drive the further development of the operating model for Billing & Invoicing

You bring that with you

• You have completed a basic commercial education and a further education in business administration
• Ideally, you have experience with specific billing processes and systems in the energy industry
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment distinguishes you, preferably in the energy industry
• Complex projects you plan and coordinate structured and proactively develop suitable solutions
• With SAP IS-U and SAP CRM you already have experience and master the common Microsoft Office applications
• You communicate clearly and understandably in German and French and work
