Full description

You combine compliance with corporate governance: You take on smaller compliance topics independently, develop processes and ensure in corporate housekeeping that BKW Group corporate law processes are implemented reliably and legally.

Your field of activity

• In Corporate Housekeeping, you prepare shareholder and board of directors resolutions, support commercial register mutations and maintain company law documentation.
• You develop our compliance management system and take on smaller compliance topics independently
• You conduct business partner audits independently and process internal compliance requests, such as invitations and gifts
• Practical training and awareness measures are designed and carried out and thus strengthen the compliance culture
• You will help shape the digitalization and standardization of corporate governance processes and support the further development of LegalTech and AI solutions

You bring that with you

• You have completed a law degree or comparable education and gained initial professional experience in compliance
• Compliance and corporate law issues interest you
• You want to develop professionally and take responsibility for your own topics
• Structured, reliable and independent work as well as a careful handling of confidential information are a matter of course for you
• Complex specifications are conveyed in an understandable, practical and addressable manner
• You master German stylishly, good English skills you safely use in everyday work
• You are digitally affine and enjoy working with tools, data and workflows
• LegalTech and AI applications interest you
