Tasks

• You ensure the operation and monitoring of the ERP application developed by Transgourmet itself and its connected systems
• The applications and processes include both pick-up and delivery wholesale trade
• You process errors and errors in the relevant applications (analysis, correction, documentation, forwarding)
• Create and edit tickets and documentation in Atlassian Tools Jira and Confluence
• You advise and support people in the areas of application and process handling
• You ensure the coordination of tasks between 1st level support and application development
• You perform routine data cleanup work and mass mutations in the area of master data
• You create reports and checklists for specialist departments and IT (SQL)
• You support projects with your expertise
• You are ready to take care of piketting and maintenance work outside normal business hours

Requirements

• You have completed an apprenticeship in the IT sector or are a lateral entrant with several years of professional experience in IT
• You have experience in supporting ERP systems and the processes depicted therein
• It is advantageous if you know the specific requirements in the (food) wholesale trade well.
• You have in-depth SQL and database knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and high process understanding
• You are a service provider with passion, a high level of quality and responsibility as well as initiative
• Independent and structured work is a matter of course for you
• You are team capable and resilient, stay calm even in hectic situations
• You are flexible in working hours to cover the piketting service as well as occasional assignments outside the regular working hours
• Good communication skills in German, further foreign languages FR/IT advantageous
