Tasks

Cooking is more than lunch service. As part of our small culinary team, you will ensure enjoyable moments in our employee restaurant «Inside». From the Znünipause to the lunch service to product tastings, training courses, shootings, trade fairs and events, your workday is versatile and varied. You are happy to prepare fresh dishes, bring your own ideas and actively shape our culinary offer. At the same time, you look outside the box of classic employee catering and support the team wherever culinary know-how and active support are required.

• You prepare our daily culinary offer and ensure a smooth process in the employee restaurant «Inside»
• You support with the break meals, coffee breaks as well as in the preparation and provision of our meeting rooms
• You bring your own ideas and design varied and contemporary menus and offers together with the team
• You support Category Management in the preparation and implementation of product and comparison degustations
• You participate in internal events as well as in the preparation of photo and video shoots
• You support our culinary team at trade shows and events and also represent our cuisine outside the employee restaurant

Requirements

• You have a completed basic education as a chef/chef EFZ and bring professional experience in the gastronomy
• You enjoy cooking, like to try new things and bring your own ideas
• Our kitchen is open and direct contact with our guests is part of everyday life. Therefore, you are not only a cook, but also a host with pleasure in dealing with people
• You are a team player with a hands-on mentality – in our small team everyone takes responsibility and tackles where there is something to do

• • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Grundbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ und bringst Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie mit
• • Du hast Freude am Kochen, probierst gerne Neues aus und bringst eigene Ideen ein
• • Unsere Küche ist offen und der direkte Kontakt zu unseren Gästen gehört zum Alltag. Deshalb bist du nicht nur Koch oder Köchin, sondern auch Gastgeber/in mit Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
