Managing Director of the Pension Foundation, 80-100% - Hospital Center Biel / Centre hospitalier Bienne The Biel Hospital Center is the public center hospital of the bilingual Biel-Seeland-Berne Jura region. The Welfare Foundation of the Hospital Center Biel operates the mandatory and super-compulsory occupational provision for the employees. As Managing Director, you assume overall operational responsibility for our pension facility and, together with a small, committed team, ensure professional and customer-oriented support for the insured and affiliated companies. We are looking for Managing Director / Pension Foundation as of 1.12.2026 or by agreement, 80-100% You do this overall management and operational management of the pension foundation

Management of pension fund operations in compliance with the regulations and legal requirements

Professional and human leadership of a team of three employees, of which two are employees with a focus on real estate management and management

Assistance and advice to insured and affiliated employers

Responsibility for the correct handling of the day-to-day business of occupational pension provision

Cooperation with the Foundation Board and the Investment Commission as well as preparation and support of meetings

Support of the Foundation Board and the Investment Commission in the implementation of the investment strategy, in particular in the area of direct real estate investments

Coordination and management of cooperation with external partners and service providers
