What to expect
- Zur Unterstützung unseres Front Office Teams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung ein dynamisches und aufgestelltes Teammitglied.
- Begrüssung und Betreuung von Gäste bei Ankunft und Abreise
- Verwaltung von Reservierungen und Zimmerzuweisungen
- Bearbeitung von Zahlungen und Ausstellung von Rechnungen
- Unterstützung bei bei der Lösung von Gästeanliegen und Beschwerden
- Beantwortet Telefonanrufe und leitet sie weiter
- Bereitstellung von Informationen über das Hotel und die Umgebung
About you
- Berufserfahrung am Front Office in der gehobenen Hotellerie
- Ausgeprägte Gäste- und Serviceorientierung sowie ein souveränes Auftreten
- Organisationsgeschick, Belastbarkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
