Location: Galenica AG, Untermattweg 8, 3001 Bern
With around 1,000 apprentices, Galenica is one of the largest training companies in Switzerland. Do you want to actively shape this strong junior development in ICT? In this role, you are responsible for the technical management, coordination and supervision of up to 25 ICT learners and combine vocational training with the strategic personnel planning of IT.
You can do that.
- You tailor the promotion of young talent to the long-term strategic personnel planning of the entire IT and coordinate the corresponding activities.
- You will take over the professional and personnel management, coordination and supervision of up to 25 ICT learners over all apprenticeship years, from concept to operational operation.
- You accompany the learners in the transition from the basic apprenticeship year to the operational IT organization and support their integration into productive teams.
- You will take on the technical lead for ICT vocational training and develop the training landscape further. For this purpose, you expand cross-divisional application possibilities and integrate related occupational profiles such as mediamatics.
- You carry the overall responsibility for the central training processes along the entire apprenticeship period, from recruitment to qualification interviews, evaluation of the basic apprenticeship provider up to the IPA process.
- As a central contact person, you also control the cooperation with vocational schools, authorities, practice trainers and the central HR vocational training.
- You coordinate and develop programs for trainees, young talents and junior and lateral entrant profiles.
You bring that with you
- You have several years of in-depth experience in the supervision and training of ICT learners in the Swiss vocational training system, in particular in-depth knowledge of the IPA process. A completed federal vocational or practical training course is an advantage.
- You bring demonstrable practice accompanied by at least 3 to 5 learners and can build, take responsibility and control structures for up to 25 learners.
- Experience with young talent or trainee programs as well as a good understanding of their interaction with strategic personnel planning is an advantage.
- You know the support and training of ICT learners from practice and bring a good understanding and enthusiasm for IT topics.
- You think strategically and networked, act on your own initiative and bring creative will and assertiveness.
- You work bindingly across hierarchical levels and business areas and are enthusiastic about challenging, promoting and accompanying young talents and newcomers.
- Your German is negotiable. English and/or French skills are beneficial
