You inspire people for the nursing profession and pass on your knowledge with pleasure? Then take on a key role in training the next generation of care. At our KIZ and Wernicke stations, you combine technically demanding psychiatric care with professional and practical support for students and learners. Together with a dedicated team, you create a learning environment in which development, quality and collaboration are at the heart of the project.

Your tasks

• You take over the professional and pedagogical support of students HF/FH and learners FaGe and control their individual learning processes
• You plan, design and evaluate training situations and use appropriate learning methods
• You carry out certificates of competence, educational reports and location interviews and provide constructive feedback
• You coordinate the internships, plan the assignments in the PEP for yourself and for the students and learners and ensure continuous learning support with the team
• You work closely with station management, education managers and educational institutions and contribute to the further development of education
• You promote knowledge transfer in the team and support employees in their role in the training assignment

Your profile

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent tertiary nursing education
• You bring at least two years of professional experience in psychiatry and have in-depth nursing expertise
• You have completed further education (ideally SVEB-I certificate) and enjoy accompanying people in their development
• You communicate appreciatively, enjoy working interprofessionally and have a good sense for the balance between support and demand.
• You are responsible, reflective and committed to a high quality of education
