Main responsibilities
- You support us with your creativity in the area of flowers and plants and, with great attention to detail, create attractive and tasteful bouquets according to customer requirements
- You are responsible for various services (including Textil-Fresh, photo booth, PickMup)
- You provide first-class customer service and support our customers with various concerns, such as returns and complaints
- You ensure the high quality of our products
- If necessary, you also provide support in other areas of the store
