The fleet SBB Infrastructure is one of three rail vehicle fleets of SBB, in addition to the fleets Passenger Transport and Cargo. The approximately 2,500 vehicles are used for construction sites (e.g. locomotives, gravel cars, rail cranes), for interventions (e.g. fire and rescue trains) as well as for special applications (e.g. snow blowers, fleet maintenance Gotthard base tunnel). As a member of the management team of the Vehicle Procurement and Fleet Management business unit, you will help shape the further development of the SBB Infrastructure and Business Unit fleet and thus contribute to a safe, reliable and sustainable mobility in Switzerland. • As Head:in Disposition Fleet, you and your team of 12 colleagues will play a key role in ensuring the safety and efficient use of the SBB Infrastructure fleet.
• You make sure that the right vehicles are ready for use at the right time for construction sites, interventions and special applications.
• You plan and schedule the fleet with the aim of achieving the best possible cost-effectiveness, from long-term fleet dimensioning to short-term optimization of load and availability, while complying with the safety-relevant framework conditions.
• In your role as ECM 3, you ensured timely maintenance and correct documentation.
• You promote a motivating, trusting team climate and exemplify the SBB values and the management principles of the Infrastructure Division.
• You continuously develop the processes in your team, including as a business owner in IT projects.

You bring that with you.

• Analytical thinking is easy for you and you make decisions based on data.
• You bring several years of leadership experience in line responsibility and are experienced in stakeholder management.
• Experience and expertise in physical asset management characterize your profile.
• You have an affinity for rail vehicles and are regularly on the road in the Gemba.
• You have a degree at tertiary level in a technical or business subject.
• You master German at level C1 and another national language, French or Italian, at level B1.
