SWI swissinfo.ch is the international journalistic offer of SRG and the Swiss voice in the world. With independent quality journalism, we promote intercultural dialogue, create understanding for different perspectives and connect Switzerland with an international audience and Swiss abroad.

In the Swissinfo team, you are committed to the following topics:

• You are the central point of contact for the further development of Swissinfo platforms by coordinating and promoting effective cooperation between product owners, editorial staff, marketing, distribution and IT
• You take on the specialist responsibility for product and format development
• They plan and support the preparation of the basis for decision-making for the Product Board, document decisions and accompany their implementation, create the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives in coordination with the product owners and specialist areas, ensure transparency about status, decisions and dependencies
• You are actively involved in the implementation of product initiatives and take on individual projects independently from the definition of requirements to the introduction
• You support format managers in the development and optimization of formats and user experiences
• They support the alignment of product initiatives with the goals and requirements of the Product Board

• Several years of experience in digital product development in the media industry or in comparable digital environments
• Experience with user methods: In-house survey to identify potential for product development
• In-depth understanding of digital media products and technical implementation processes as well as the ability to define requirements in the form of business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria and implement them with development teams
• Strong ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders, align them towards common goals and foster cross-cutting collaboration
• Structured, analytical and independent working method with a high implementation orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and French (one language at native level, the second language at C1 level); Good English skills
