• As a communicative personality, you ensure the flow of information to users and, together with the product owner, continuously communicate the latest findings and developments.
• With the service concept in focus, you are responsible for answering inquiries from 1st level support and supporting users with new or changed functionalities.
• You record users' needs for improvement, convert them into technical requirements or directly into Jira tickets, carry out testing and supervise the technical implementation up to commissioning.
• In the event of a malfunction, you are the contact person in 2nd level support and, as a member of the agile team, you ensure the functionality of the various applications.
• You create and update the corresponding process documentation and training materials for various internal and external user groups and carry out the training courses if necessary.
• As part of the technical support group for the ProSec applications, you are in regular contact with the other specialist and technical roles. This is what you bring with you.

• You find it easy to communicate on different levels and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams.
• You have very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high IT affinity and are therefore able to formulate complex issues in an understandable way for different user groups.
• Knowledge or affinity for activities related to work in the track field or job security is an advantage and will help you to build the bridge between the user and the development team.
• Completed training in the IT field or an equivalent craft/technical training with in-depth interest in IT, e.g. B. as user specialist support, we assume. Alternatively, you have completed training and several years of professional experience in the railway environment (head of security, head of security) and are ready to familiarize yourself with IT topics.
• German or French is your native language and you have at least level B2 in the other language
