Your tasks

• You are responsible for and assess technical follow-up requests including calculation of the necessary measures in the reporting process
• The formal inspection, collection and control of installation displays and safety evidence is a central part of your work
• You process machine orders, record orders for meter assembly and ensure a smooth process
• You evaluate technical installation requests expertly and plan the necessary measures for a safe and efficient implementation
• You coordinate orders between internal and external contact points and are the contact point for technical information.
• You are actively involved in the improvement, further development and digitalization of our processes and contribute your ideas

You bring that with you

• Completed vocational training as an electrical installer:in EFZ, electrical installer:in EFZ, network electrician:in EFZ or a comparable electrotechnical qualification
• Ideally, you already have further training in the electrotechnical sector, for example as a safety consultant: in, electrical project manager: in or technician: in HF
• Sound knowledge of connection and reporting processes in accordance with NIV, work regulations and relevant standards and regulations
• A structured, precise way of working with pleasure in closely examining issues and ensuring that requirements are met
• Responsible handling of data, processes and customer concerns sets you apart
• You bring very good German or French skills in word and writing as well as advanced knowledge of the other language
