• Responsible for the smooth running of the Federal Government’s financial assistance in the Directorate for Cultural Heritage and Building Culture
• process requests for contributions and payments
• Updating the financial plan and creating statistics
• Supervise and review the controlling and credits of the Directorate Cultural Heritage and Building Culture
• Carry out administrative work and return control tasks within the framework of the programme agreements in cooperation with the cantonal services
• Advise and accompany cantonal specialist bodies, institutions and private individuals in connection with applications and settlements of grants
• Support the Head of Service in all administrative matters relating to applications for grants
• Collaborating in the further development of the software and testing for release adjustments
• Commercial education. Professional experience in subsidies and/or finance beneficial
• In-depth knowledge of IT applications
• Good oral and written knowledge in at least two official languages
• Great skill in working with numbers, quick comprehension, good work organization, a strong sense of detail, resilience
• Discretion, pronounced service orientation, accuracy, open communication
