We are looking for someone for the Fischermätteli company in the Bern region immediately or by appointment
Health specialist EFZ 50-100%
Your tasks
- Holistic care and support for guests in accordance with our nursing principles and the nursing process
- Carrying out treatment-related nursing activities
- Supporting our guests in personal hygiene and other everyday life activities
- Regular tours
- Observation and evaluation of nursing and care situations
- Electronic care documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
- Assumption and responsibility for assigned technical tasks and shift responsibility
Your profile
- Completed training as a health specialist EFZ
- Long-term care experience a plus
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid)
- A warm and humorous attitude
- Enjoy a variety of challenges
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German
