• 30% You do this by advising and supporting the care teams in the treatment of complex wounds in the stationary setting

Promoting evidence-based wound care and patient care

Ensuring a high quality of care and continuous development of the treatment competence of inpatient care

Optimization of the interface between stationary and ambulatory care of complex wounds

Design, coordination and implementation of training, case meetings and training for inpatient care teams

Completed further training as wound expert / wound expert Proven experience in wound management Readiness for active participation in the regional, outpatient network for wound care Pronounced counselling, communication, as well as social skills German or French at level C2 (word and writing) and knowledge of the other language (level B2) with willingness to deepen it
