Would you like to accompany people with a mental illness in their own living and living environment and work independently and independently? At WohnAutonom, the outpatient residential coaching at the University Psychiatric Center Bern (UPZ), you support our users in maintaining and developing their independence and sustainably strengthening their quality of life. You accompany them individually in everyday life, promote their resources and support them in overcoming personal and social challenges. You work closely with your team as well as with internal and external experts. You can expect a varied and meaningful activity with a lot of personal responsibility, creative scope and a committed multi-professional team.

Your tasks

• You accompany people in their personal living and living environment and promote their independence
• You work closely with the multi-professional team as well as external specialists and contact persons and maintain a sustainable network
• You participate in team meetings, intervisions, case meetings and other session vessels
• You document history, record services and perform administrative tasks reliably
• You participate in the introduction of new employees and students as well as in public relations work

Your profile

• You have an education or study in the social or nursing area (HF/FH), for example in social education, social work or as a nurse
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the psychiatric environment
• You work independently, organize your day-to-day work structured and take on responsibility
• You convince with an appreciative communication, team spirit and a solution-oriented way of working
• You have a category B driving licence
