- You keep the defined processes in the department and consider a smooth process
- Quality controls and compliance with the HACCP concept are your responsibility You jump in other departments as needed
Key requirements
- Ideally a few years of professional experience: in the retail trade
- Complete basic or advanced training: as a butcher*in, cook / cook or in retail
