Role overview

Tasks

• As Product Owner, you are responsible for the further development and implementation of our e-commerce environment.
• You analyze customer behavior along the customer journey and take measures to increase the sales and customer satisfaction of the city.
• You are paging requirements from business, marketing, CRM, retail and IT and ensuring the balance between customer benefits, business value and technical feasibility.

• You translate technical and business requirements into user stories and Jira tickets and accompany them in the Scrum process from specification to go-live.
• Together with the team of impo.ch you actively contribute to the further development of our e-commerce and bring your own ideas.
• You observe trends and new technologies in digital commerce and bring innovative impulses. Requirements
• You contribute to several years of experience in e-commerce and have the pleasure of actively shaping the growth of impo.ch.

• Experience with GA4 Web Analytics or BI tools is an advantage.
• You have style-proof German in word and writing; good English and French skills are a plus.
• The challenges of an omni-channel company you master with agility, initiative and joy.
• You are a parent of future projects and successfully implement them together with the team.
• You are a reliable and communicative personality with team spirit and safely handle common office and collaboration tools.
