Are you an organizational talent with technical understanding and enjoy coordinating customer concerns and providing optimal support to service technicians? Then a versatile turntable function awaits you with us, in which you ensure that our service missions run smoothly.

Your tasks

• You support internal and external clients in all scheduling requests relating to our multimedia and security services.
• You triage and coordinate incoming customer requests and orders.
• You will be responsible for efficient operational planning and work preparation for our service technicians operating throughout Switzerland, including material provision and ordering.
• You support the service technicians during their assignments in maintenance, corrective service work, conversions and installations.
• You will complete the necessary service administration tasks, such as the preparation of repair offers, the control and processing of reports and the creation of acceptance protocols.
• You support the organization of the general workshop as well as the materials management including rental warehouse.
• You provide sporadic piketting service and, if necessary, assist in booking the team's production hours as well as directly in the service.

You bring that with you

• You have completed basic technical training, ideally supplemented by further training, for example as a technical merchant / technical merchant (TK).
• You will advantageously bring experience in the disposition of service technicians in technical customer service.
• You are an initiative, structured and extremely service-oriented personality with a strong organizational talent.
• You are resilient, appreciate versatile tasks and enjoy the regular exchange with different internal and external contacts.
• You communicate stylishly in German and have a good knowledge of French and English.

Together with our service technicians, we ensure reliable operation as well as professional maintenance, maintenance and further development of the plants and systems.
