Your tasks

• You will be challenged in complex care situations, for example in the patient:
• You coordinate the station sequence independently and assume daily responsibility
• As a caregiver, you take responsibility for the care process, with the patient being at the center and involved.
• You participate in the further development of a constructive team culture with communication at eye level
• You contribute to a high patient through competence and relationship formation: inner satisfaction
• Through professional attitude and critical (co-)thinking, you can contribute to the optimization of structures and processes

Your profile

• You are Dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH (or have an equivalent diploma from abroad which is recognised in Switzerland)
• You have experience in psychiatry or experience in somatics with an interest in psychiatry
• You are enthusiastic about interprofessional cooperation and complex psychiatric issues
• You contribute your valuable experience and actively participate in the compliance and optimization of our high quality standards
• You work professionally and focused, keep the necessary calm and professionalism even in demanding and hectic situations.
