Tasks

Together with your colleagues with agogic and nursing professional backgrounds, you look after adults with cognitive and psychological impairments as well as multiple disabilities, some with challenging behavior and epilepsy
You support and advise the residents in coping with everyday life
As the person responsible for the process, you design the entire care process and involve everyone involved
You ensure the implementation of the nursing and medical standards in your department and help with this
Together with the team leader, you will ensure the provision of services, especially in basic and treatment care.

Nursing specialist HF or FH, preferably with professional experience also in the areas of psychiatry and/or social psychiatry

You have a solution-oriented work organization and a high level of personal responsibility
With your creative and transparent communicative style you shape everyday life proactively
Stability as well as networking and advising are among your strengths
You are enthusiastic about offering the residents all-round good health care We offer:
Targeted further training on the subject of dealing with people with cognitive and psychiatric limitations
