Clinic for Psychosis and Dependence

Your tasks

• You help to build a motivated nursing team with training assignment and support in vocational training as a contact person for learners and students HF
• As a caregiver, you motivate and empower patients to help shape their recovery process and pursue their goals.
• You bring your valuable experience and perspective to the interprofessional team and contribute to a high quality of treatment
• As a nursing care provider, you accompany and support the patients and are in contact with their relatives
• You design a varied daily structure and actively participate in the weekly activities (e.g. sports group or discussion group)
• You are responsible for the entire treatment planning from entry to exit

Your profile

• You are Dipl. HF/FH nurse (or have an equivalent diploma from abroad, which is recognised in Switzerland)
• You are interested in complex questions and result-oriented discussions
• You enjoy the caregiver work and design of the care process from admission to exit
