At the Crisis Intervention Station at the University Psychiatric Center in Bern, you will help adults in acute psychological emergencies to find stability and orientation again. At the UPZ location at Inselspital, we offer specialized care services for adults in psychosocial crises. In this dynamic environment, you take responsibility, provide impetus and design a station where fast decisions, professional excellence and human proximity are required. Your expertise, empathy and commitment make the difference here every day – for patients, for the team and for the future of modern psychiatric care.

Your tasks

• You care for and care for people in acute crises in the acute psychiatric environment
• You take responsibility and coordinate nursing, educational and therapeutic treatments in order to individually support and support patients
• You lead milieutherapeutic activities and groups
• You work on projects for quality promotion and assurance
• You are actively involved in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures

Your profile

• You have a diploma as a nurse FH / HF and ideally already have experience in working with mentally ill people
• You like to work interdisciplinary and have a high degree of social and self-competence
• You are happy to accompany people in acute crises and dutiful and keep calm even in hectic situations
• You are motivated to engage in a dynamic environment and develop professionally
• You have good knowledge of German in word and writing
