Together with our contacts in the hospital departments, we ensure the smooth running of medical informatics hospital core processes. Digital Business Partner – Service/Application Manager in KIS and FM, 80-100 %

• As a digital business partner of our customers in the medical specialist areas, you are the direct contact for all aspects of IT and digitalization.
• You will evaluate needs and carry out business analyses of specific questions
• In close cooperation with the other areas of our computer science and medical departments, you realize IT projects or coordinate subprojects
• As an application manager, together with our external partners, you are responsible for the further development and optimization of our specialist applications within the framework of product lifecycle management.
• You supervise topics in all modules of the clinic information system KISIM
• They provide training and support our users in dealing with KISIM
• During operation, you secure 2nd-level support and carry out problem analyses and support the supplier in 3rd-level support.

• You have an education in the field of medical informatics or have a very good understanding of IT contexts
• Optimally, you also have an education with a medical background

• You speak German or French, with good knowledge of the other language
