- You run the department operationally according to business principles and implement the defined company and market performance processes
- You promote and develop the employees, including the implementation of employee and holiday planning as well as horizontal funding (TOJ)
Main responsibilities
- You run the department operationally according to business principles and implement the defined company and market performance processes
- You promote and develop the employees, including the implementation of employee and holiday planning as well as horizontal funding (TOJ)
- You ensure compliance with internal and legal QS and ASIB guidelines as well as implementation of internal regulations and instructions
- You collect the information and communication flow within the department, the market and MCM
- You build up a relationship network with our customers
- You are responsible for daily sales readiness and product presentation, the execution of sales activities according to annual sales planning and ensuring product availability requirements
- You already have leadership experience and bring several years of experience in comparable function You enjoy active customer contact You are skilled with the MS Office range You are excited about new challenges You speak perfect German
