Introduction

For our Production division, we are looking for a Data Analyst whose main mission will be to transform data into reliable, accessible and intuitive indicators, in order to provide teams with concrete levers to effectively manage their performance on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Be the preferred contact point for trades to collect, analyse and prioritize their needs for indicators and reporting.
• Use data from a variety of sources — ERP, PLM, MES, LES, databases and equipment — to produce analysis useful for decision making.
• Design, prototype and deploy reliable, efficient and harmonised Tableau dashboards.
• Work closely with IT teams to develop, automate and sustain data sources and flows.
• Ensure consistency and reliability of indicators, in accordance with the business rules and harmonised calculation formulae.
• Participate in an intersite dynamic by reusing, adapting or co-building shared indicators and reporting.
• Piloting the deployment of reports on your perimeter, assisting users in their control and promoting their autonomy.
• Document the solutions put in place and help disseminate good data practices among teams.

Profile

• Diploma of Engineer HES, EPF or equivalent training.
• Passionate about the data, comfortable in the exchange with the trades and motivated by the creation of concrete solutions with high operational impact.
• Mastery of data processing and analysis tools such as Python, Tableau Prep, KNIME, DATAIKU or equivalent.
• Good control of Tableau, databases and business intelligence environments.
• You can transform business issues into clear, relevant and actionable analysis and reporting solutions.
• Interest in the development of dashboards, prototyping, quality and valorisation of data.
• Autonomy, rigour, common sense of organization and ability to manage priorities.
• Dynamic, flexible and equipped with a strong team spirit
