Application process
- Design & Deliver Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from systems such as SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Rise Up, and other enterprise applications.
- Build reusable data models and data products that support reporting, analytics, and AI use cases.
- Implement data quality, monitoring, security, and governance standards to ensure trusted and compliant HR data.
- Scale & Optimize Deliver high-quality data products for workforce analytics, talent acquisition, learning, engagement, and future AI initiatives.
- Optimize pipelines and data models for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Contribute to the evolution of Sika's global data platform, engineering standards, and analytics capabilities
