As part of the CISO Office, you will contribute to the further development of the cyber governance and risk topics of the furniture.

You will help us manage cyber and information security risks in a forward-looking, efficient and effective manner and further develop our specifications, processes and controls.

Key requirements

  • Fach- oder Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Informationssicherheit, Risikomanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich; ebenso eine Weiterbildung im Cyber Security, Governance oder Risk Umfeld, zum Beispiel CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung in der Cyber-, Informations- oder IT-Sicherheit, idealerweise in Governance oder Risikomanagement
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für IT- und Sicherheitsstandards, Frameworks oder Best Practices wie ISO, NIST, ITIL, ISF SOGP oder COBIT
  • Freude daran, komplexe Fragestellungen verständlich aufzubereiten und gemeinsam mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen praxistaugliche Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Du bist eine kommunikative, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit und überzeugst durch eine sorgfältige, pragmatische und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse ; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

  • In this way, you will help to sharpen the focus on the main risks, create well-founded decision-making bases for effective safety management and prepare the furniture for today’s and future challenges.
  • You work closely with process managers, departments and the agile and interdisciplinary change organization and act as a connecting interface between governance, risk, implementation and awareness. This is what you bring with you:
  • technical or university degree in (economic) information technology, information security, risk management or equivalent; also an advanced training in cyber security, governance or risk environment, for example CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC or comparable
  • Professional experience in cyber, information or IT security, ideally in governance or risk management
  • You have a good understanding of IT and security standards, frameworks or best practices such as ISO, NIST, ITIL, ISF SOGP or COBIT
  • Enjoy comprehensible preparation of complex questions and develop practical solutions together with various specialist areas
  • You are a communicative, open-minded personality and convince through a careful, pragmatic and team-oriented way of working
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English ; Knowledge of French is beneficial Working with us:
