This is what you do with us

In this function, you are the central interface between our brokers, the insurance and pension advisors and our customers.

You support our brokers as a direct and competent contact person. Your versatile area of responsibility includes the preparation of offers, the processing of tenders and applications as well as the coordination with our specialist departments.

In addition, you are in direct contact with our customers, answering their inquiries and providing professional and service-oriented support.

This is what you bring with you

• Completed vocational training in the insurance sector
• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry
• High service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
• Sales- and customer-oriented as well as independent personality
• Fluent German skills, other languages are a plus

Working with us

In the successful and constantly growing general agency Burgdorf you can expect a varied position in a motivated team. Job entry is on 01.01.2027 or by agreement. The place of work is centrally located in Burgdorf - 16 minutes with public transport from Bern. The workload is negotiable from 80% and working in the home office is possible 1-2 working days.
