We act as ONE team for the success of SRG. Together with other areas, finance is responsible for strategic management, targeted allocation of funds and creates transparency for sustainable decisions.

This is your contribution.

As a project and investment controller, you ensure the transparent, efficient and strategy-compliant control of investments and projects (especially technology, real estate and transformation projects) within the SRG. They support the management in informed investment decisions and prioritize in the sense of service public.

• Financial management of SRG’s strategic project and initiative portfolio
• Ensuring the financial linking of projects and investments to the corporate strategy and transition to the medium-term planning process
• Responsibility for the overall financial view and support of large (framework) projects such as strategic location developments
• Budget planning, forecasting combined with the creation of meaningful management reporting as well as well-founded business cases and profitability analyses
• Monitoring the financial implementation of strategic projects and initiatives in close coordination with the project portfolio management of corporate development as well as the areas (real estate, operations)
• Developing and ensuring compliance with investment policies and standards

• You are an experienced specialist with strong analytical and conceptual strength and have a university degree in finance/controlling or equivalent as well as several years of professional experience in strategic controlling, project and investment controlling or in the financial management of complex projects and portfolios
• You think strategically, networked and are able to prepare complex content according to the addressee
• You work in a solution-oriented, cooperative and secure dialogue with management members and stakeholders
• Expertise in project and investment controlling, financial governance and the development of business cases and profitability analyses
• Very good data and BI competence (excel, planning tools, data models, scenario logics)
• Very good knowledge of German and French, Italian is advantageous
