We act as a team, for the success of the SSR. With other areas, Finance is responsible for strategic leadership and allocation of objective oriented resources; they create transparency for sustainable decisions.

Your Mission

As a project and investment controller, you ensure transparent, efficient and consistent with the strategy of investments and projects (including technology, real estate and transformation projects) within the SSR. You help the Executive Committee make informed investment decisions and prioritize files in the interest of the public service.

• Financial piloting of the strategic portfolio of SSR projects and initiatives
• Ensuring financial alignment of projects and investments with the company's strategy and transposing them into the medium-term planning process
• Responsibility for the overall financial vision and monitoring of major projects, such as the strategic development of real estate sites including several partial projects
• Budget planning and forecasts associated with the development of a relevant management reporting; establishment of Business Cases and sound business case analyses
• Monitoring the financial implementation of projects and strategic initiatives, in close coordination with the management of the project portfolio of the Enterprise Development Department and with the domains (Real Estate, Operations)
• Developing and ensuring compliance with investment guidelines and standards

As part of the cross-cutting strategy and development process of the "Advant SRG SSR" organisation, you have the opportunity to actively co-shape future strategic project and investment control.

Your profile

• You are an experienced specialist with strong analytical and conceptual skills. With a university degree in finance and control or equivalent, you have several years of professional experience in strategic controlling, project and investment control, or financial management of complex projects and portfolios.
• Strategic approach and global vision; ability to adapt complex content to the target audience
• Working mode oriented solutions, spirit of cooperation and ease in dialogue with Steering Committee members and stakeholders
• Expertise in project and investment control, financial governance and the development of Business Cases and cost-effectiveness analyses
• Very good data and IB skills (Excel, planning tools, data models, scenario logics)
• Very good mastery of German and French
• Mastering Italian is an asset
