The heart of your work

• Create, coordinate and monitor forecasts and budgets for all business areas of PPS (local VSG, then Bern).
• Business Partnering for the central areas of PPS
• Analysis, understanding and creation of income statements as well as KPIs / dashboards / automations in the various business areas (e.g. market share analysis, personnel statistics, etc.).
• Creating dashboards, automating reports and BI solutions.
• Coordinate and monitor financial reports (monthly and annual accounts) in the retail segment (VSG and later Bern) with a synthetic and analytical view.
• Manage and manage projects that are a priority for the unit and retail segment.

• Higher commercial education (technical college, university, etc.)
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge and experience in the retail sector are beneficial.

• Mastery of common IT tools: MS Office Suite in particular Excel (advanced level), good understanding of ERP (SAP) and knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Power Pivot and).
• Financial and accounting knowledge (balance sheet, G&V, IFRS).
• Experience and knowledge of retail and working in a large group.
• Your language skills in German (B2), French (B2) and English (at least B2) allow you adequate written and oral communication with the target groups.
